Write!

iDiOM Theater produces as much new work as possible, and we are always accepting scripts and proposals.  Shows of any length, and at any stage of development are eligible for our season.  To download our Project Proposal Form, click here.

Below are specific projects for which we need writers …

48-hr Theater Festival (Apr) – Wait for it…

Writers’ Round Table – a skill-building, peer-reviewing workshop to develop local writers and their works-in-progress.  No other details yet, but contact mike[at]idiomtheater[dot]com if it sounds interesting to you.

Perform!

The best thing to do here is get on our audition announcement email list.  Tell mike[at]idiomtheater[dot]com you’d like to be on the list, and you will receive bulletins every time we need actors for something.

The next show looking for actors is our 48-hr Theater Festival in mid-April. If this sounds like fun to you, keep it in mind and then in early April let sol[at]idiomtheater[dot]com know you’re game.

Volunteer!

Door – On every performance night we benefit from volunteer help in our lobby.  Door volunteers see that night’s performance for free. Contact karen[at]idiomtheater[dot]com to schedule a shift.

Set – Some productions may need extra hands for set building. If you’d like to help us build or paint or do whatever someday, contact karen[at]idiomtheater[dot]com and when the need arises we’ll contact you.  Thanks.

Posters – Someone’s got to do it.  Hang 25 posters, see a show for free.  Contact karen[at]idiomtheater[dot]com.

Donate!

We are a bona fide non-profit which means any money you give us improves our lives and reduces your taxes.  Hop on over to the donate page to find out more.  Thanks!
